Good for you, Seamus!!!!!!
Take it one minute, one hour, one day at a time until you vcan't even imagine smoking anymore.
I bumped up Junkie Thinking for you earlier today. I think it might help.
You are drinking lots of water, aren't you?
And maybe you could give yourself a little reward daily?
In the earliest days of my quit I would give myslef a spoonful of nonfat yougurt, cottage cheese or peanut butter as a reward whenever I got through a strong crave. Satisfied me and I've only gained 4 lbs so far
You can do this. Only one more really physically hard day.
