Thanks for the good wishes, Martha! I'm trying to be positive or at least not suicidal about it. The best I've been able to do is resignation that it will come no matter I feel about it. I am glad I'm not still smoking at 45 though. Thanks everyone for the support & encouragement. It really does feel great & now i know for sure when I go out again tomorrow night, I will havve absloutely no problem. I didn't want to say earlier but one reason I was really apprehensive about tomorrow night is it's my 45th birthday & I've been very cranky about that. I was worried that I would either have a feeling sorry myself smoke or try to recapture some of the invincibleness (is that a word?) of my misspent youth. Now I know that it's just more thing I have to face, deal with & get over & that smoking won't help me do that! Love all of you, & thanks again!
