Nonic, I am so enjoying kicking the nicodemon to the curb!
In fact when I get over the major cravings/triggers I'm so
damn proud of myself.. I DID IT ! and yes, I do the WOOOO
HOOO ! ! ! ! (outloud and 'high five' the air..LOL !)
I know Casey, mixin' it up, routine wise has made a considerable
difference. I've changed a lot of things, not too drastically,
but enough so that it's become somewhat of an alternative
distraction. :)
Well Mercy, that's exactly what I love to do re the brisk walks.
Has helped immensely. Walking off the crave, anxieties, stresses..
For me the walks come easily because I did that before the quit
so I don't see it as a 'chore', but rather a very relaxing time
just for me and when it's done I have a much clearer mind and at
the same time it's great for the cardiovascular system !
Ex ! YES we will get there ! Just need to take it slowly, moment
by moment, day by day :)
