I just joined the group today and found it accidentally...It seems really great and I look forward to posting and getting some info...I have had anxiety and panic attacks, and agoraphobia since I was 16 yrs old..I have been to therapy off and on over the years..Sometimes its better, sometimes worse...I also am a very bad hypochondriac, constantly worried about my health and searching the internet for diseases, real or imagained...I am from Northeast PA if anyone is near that area
