Wow
Thank you all for the good wishes...I can't believe that so many people took the time to send their good thoughts along...That is amazing to me...Thank you all very much and yes I am gobsmacked that I made it this far.
I am convinced that most of this addiction is a mind game. I feel so bad for all of the people as they struggle. If we can teach ourselves to see "just beyond" the need to smoke we won't do it...I wish I had a more direct way of describing that concept, but sadly words fail me. The only way that I know how to do this, is from the inside out, we must understand the why, where and how of the thing...and once we do we get to the don't...The reason its so bloody hard is because we have used it as the fixer up drug for a long long time...The truth is that we never really needed it at all, we were fine just as we got born into the world...In any case thank you all for your kind comments...You have all become my road companions here and each of you is a blessing for me...
