Sorry I didn't respond sooner but I was busy with something's ..
Well Lamplighter I just decided to completely change my eating habits. I got into fresh only foods, no take out, no eating on the run, got rid of all the crap foods which I do admit I noshed on for the first 6 weeks of my quit. Everything from chips, pretzels, donuts, cookies.. more cookies LOL ! Anyway, then on top of that I got myself into a vigorous walking regiment. Making sure that I walk for a solid hour each day :) I also joined a gym where I go 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time.
Every 10-14 days I do have a treat.. something salty or sweet. I often have really bad cravings for those 2 things but then I just make myself a homemade fat free, low sugar dip and grab a bunch of fresh cut veggies from the fridge and chow down !
