well its been 85 days smoke free for me. i still have those nights where i dream about smoking, but wake up realizing i didnt. not much help with panic attacks when i do this, but life goes on. when do we quit thinking about those cancer sticks and realize we no longer need them or want them?i honestly have to say i didnt quit because i wanted to but because i had to. its been rough probably more so because of this factor, but ive done it and have no intention of ever going back to it. my health is more important then smoking and killing myself little by little each day, which this is what ive been doing to myself. if i can do it anyone can so newbies stick with it.
