Here's an odd one---
Purchase bubble wrap from the post office and pop the little bubbles one by one. This is an excellent strategy when you're wanting to pi$$ off your co-workers while relieving that stress!

Hi,
sometimes doing just what you did.... typing them out on this board does wonders.
I have often wondered if one of the squishy tiny balls you work with you hands helps. Some people even carry a little stone in their pocket that they twirl around with in their hands.
You have awesome stats.
Mercy

Hiya Windy!
How about a brisk walk around the block? Burn off that extra energy? Or try letting that "something" be your freedom from this rotten addiction? Embrace it, hold it tight! Breathe in deeply through your nose and then slowly out your mouth. Close your eyes and wander to your happy place! LOL I feel awkward to replying to someone with more days on their journey than me BUT sometimes I feel like that if I receive any reply, my needs have been heard. Wishing you peace in your heart!
Debbie :)

The past few days have been really stressful. When I was driving home today, I wanted SOMETHING....ANYTHING to make the stress go away. I remembered how I used to chain smoke when I was under this kind of stress...then I reminded myself that, if I was strong enough to quit smoking, I was strong enough to do anything.
Most of all, I KNEW that smoking would not make things better. I asked myself if it would make me feel any better and, finally, I really believe that it wouldn't.
Now..........if only I could find some other CREATIVE stress reducers! Gonna??? Phil??? Sparky??? Jan???? And all you other guys...Where are those great ideas when I need them??
Windy
