Hi, It has worked well for me and since I know first hand how hard we struggle when quitting smoking and trying to not gain weight I wanted to share it with you all.
You have to eat so many proteins, vegetables, fruit, starches, dairy and fat a day. You keep track of it all. I find I am eating more now than I have in a long while but am losing weight. Its kind of the combinations you eat that helps.
I also, walk or bike everyday and I really try to keep active which does help.
