thanks guys went to doctors today cause i have been having breathing stuff going on like sometimes i have to take a double breath but i got into talking about me not smoking and i wieghed myself the dreaded scale. i am over wieght as it is like 100 lbs so gaining is my fear. stepped on scale and OH Ya lost 12 lbs . also someone asked me if ihad a smoke and i looked proudly and said sorry i do not smoke. for you newbies or oldies have faith and keep going it is well worth the trouble.
