I made it!!! A whole frackin' year has gone by since I choked down my last smoke. It still amazes me that I used to smoke...what a digusting habit that was! I feel so much better now...a little heavier but sooo much better :) To tell you the truth, the weight is slowly coming off....So hell ya, I feel great

I'm still smoke free. I was excited my 1 year was coming up but things have been horible in my life lately. Loosing everything you have can be rough but I know smoking will only make me feel worse.
