congratulations daviscup
Well, seems like your sense of humor is in tact! Apples and bananas help with constipation, I think; also lots of water. And, of course, there are the over the counter aids for that. I also was a 20+ a day smoker, but for a few more years than you. Isn't it a great feeling to see that you can actually be free from this addiction? Adopt the saying NOPE..not one puff EVER. That has always been my downfall. Thinking "Oh, I have been quit for a month now, I can have ONE" Well, One is too many and a thousand is never enough. That one cig can lead back into a lifetime of addiction. Wow, 17 days. You are doing great. it is worth all the wind! HA!
