Thanks for walking through this everyone! Yes, you can submit a name and no need to know their story! As indicated put N/A in all the boxes in order to submit. We let the recipient know that they were choosen well in advance, in order for them to submit their story :) It is wonderful see all the submissions and we choose someone for every month, but the more nominations we have, the easier it is! The recipient does get a t-shirt and key chain for being choosen for this honour, but rest assured there are no favorites and you all deserve the honour! Hope this helps, Josie, Support Specialist

On the left side of your screen, you'll see some options... the second one says "Hall of Fame." Click there and then one of the paragraphs says "Every month we publish the most inspiring success story. The winner receives a Stop Smoking Center t-shirt and key-chain. If you would like to submit your personal quit story or if you would like to recommend someone from our Support Group, please click here." Click there and then you can nominate somebody. Aloha, Whenever I nominate somebody, I just write "NA" in all of the boxes except the one that says something about if you are nominating somebody else, why you think they should receive the award. The others are if you are nominating yourself or if the mods choose you, they'll email you and tell you to fill out that section. Does that help? Crave the Quit!
