Smokin' dream again...very upsetting!!!

16 years ago 0 357 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I've had one smoking dream, around day 75 but I wasn't upset because many here warned me that might happen. The way I look at it, think of all the other crazy things we dream about that we would NEVER do in real life- now smoking can be one of those crazy things! Maybe it is a good thing...telling me I'm still vulnerable. I normally can control my environment and stay away from cigarettes but this past week I hosted some smokers overnight. Maybe that had something to do with it. Just hope when I'm awake I never forget I've quit! I don't understand why these dreams happen either! I had them occassionally even months into my quit. Try not to worry - I don't think it means anything, and it is very common. Hi Audrey Weird, right you are smoking and discussed with yourself, so very real and you say damm I blew it and then you wake up and say oh really. Not sure why those dreams pick on some of us. Stay cool, you are going to make it, going on 5 months and the magic begins to happens now!
