Way to go Unhooked,
In past quits, that would have sent me into the "just one" excuse. I would have had one with the co worker, discussed work related issues (to make that smoke time seem productive), and then probably visited his office everyday to bum a couple smokes for the next week, until i finally went and bought a pack myself. And the vicious cycle would have begun again. You are at a great place in your quit. That was a big hurdle and you sailed over it with your normal grace.
