Yesterday was my day to work at the golf course. There are about 30 people working there some full time some part time like myself. We are provided free coffee but are not allowed to smoke inside the building so we get our coffee and go outside for our little chat groups before we start work. I usualy end up with the older guys ??? who are all smokers.Much to my surprise I noticed that I was not affected by their smoking ?? No craving,no desire and even when offered a cigarette said no thanks I DON,T SMOKE !!! After I got home had my supper and was getting ready for bed later in the evening I went to remove my patch.Lo and behold it was,nt there and must have fallen of during the day ??? I,m very happy about yesterday and hope you are encouraged by my progress if a guy my age can do it so can you. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/20/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 65 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,170 Amount Saved: $650.00 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 21 Mins: 17 Seconds: 48
