Hi Fellow March Mellows, I'm going home tomorrow to Okla. I've been visiting my son & daugher-in-law in Florida for 2 weeks. The first time in his life not to see me smoking. I feel good in fact so much better than I've felt in years. Cigs. can really drag you down with a tired feeling. Especially as long as I smoked. I did a lot of walking & swimming. It felt good to not have to go off by myself & smoke a cig. N.O.P.E.
