You are so young that it will make a terrific difference to the rest of your life .
Just think I was 62 when I quit so you have 25 more years to feel better and save SO much more money than me.
Look forward not back mate

i am so very happy i am 40 days of no smoking. wow.
alot has been going on and alot of stress but i stayed away
not saying i did not want or do not think about smoking i just chose not to. when i get stressed i think of smoking , not me smoking about when i did smoke. wierd i know but i would deal with life;s problems just the same as i did smoking. they still smell so good to me when hubby comes in from having one but not good enough for me to go back. thank you for all your support. love ya all.
