Despite the fact that we are supposed to share our decision to quit with others, I, for the most part, chose to keep the decision to myself. Since I saw so many friends and coworkers in non-smoking environments, some were actually shocked when they discovered that I had quit.
I remember being so hurt one day when someone said that if I could quit, anyone could....But then I decided that must be a good thing because that means we can all quit!! Yippee!
