After being smoke free for over three years, this idiot went back to paying $65.00 a carton for the priviledge of being the one with the loudest cough, the most wrinkles around the mouth, and the joy of waking up gasping for breath every morning. I started off just having a puff or two to help me get through what was a pretty stressful situation. Of course it helped not at all, but once a junkie, always a junkie. Folks, don't think you can take it or leave it, cause it just don't work that way. That puff or two turns into a pack or two, a carton or two, and your hooked again. Last time I went cold turkey, but this time I used Chantix. So far so good. Big, big difference, but now the Doctor says I should stop using the Chantix and face the music on my own. I hope things don't get as rough as they were when I quit the first time. I quit March 30th and have gone through the eight weeks of the Chantix system. Wish me luck folks. :)
