I just wanted to thank you all for your very kind responses. Yes, my dad would be proud of me.. I know that and it makes me smile. He's with me every single day and that warms my heart. Admittedly, yesterday was a little tough but I got through it, as I do all of my days smoke free. Once again, thank you.. Your dad is proud of those 125 days... and so are all of us! Celebrate your accomplishment - for you AND your dad. The first year after losing a loved one is very hard because you have to go through all of the "hard days" for the very first time. But just know that he loves you very much and is with you... and I know from talking with you and from your posts that part of the reason you have quit smoking is because of him... so let his experience not be in vain!
