Hi there boxerfan. I wasn't around as much this past weekend as I thought I might be. I posted some and read a bit more. I am doing great!!! I think my word of the past few days has been awesome... Thank you so much for checking on me, sorry I didn't see this post before now. It is a very busy week at work... won't be around as much this week as I have been. Next week things should get back to normal though... Lou No matter what happens in the external world, nothing is going to change because you decide to put more garbage in your lungs. Only a junkie (which we all are) connects the dots in that way...Teach yourself to loose that lopsided logic (it is actually no logic at all) The more you learn and repeat the positive behavior of not smoking the easier this thing becomes...Let it go and don't look back, there is no upside to nicotine...Never forget for one minute that we are stone cold junkies and that our cravings are the irrational cries of a troubled spirit that has learned to calm itself by living in a nicotine dream...Dream no more my friend except that your dreams be for a clear and healthy body... While I understand that it hurts, remember too that nicotine kills... Stay well nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 123 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,970 Amount Saved: $861 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 23 Mins: 54 Seconds: 9
