Well 111 days into this new breathing exercise and I went out and did it....I bought a new harley davidson....which is way cool and it is almost paid for by not smoking...and if I start smoking again my wife will kill me before the cigarettes do. Anyway, I have been chewing the nicotine gum and it works really well for me. But, I am getting close to quiting the gum now...to everyone out there, quiting is the hardest thing I think I have ever done...and it is an everyday challenge but, if you just remember all the times when you were smoking and you wished to didn't, it helps with the resolve. You know I always hated having to stop when I road my bike to have a smoke. Now I don't have to stop and the new bike is awesome.

DUDE! Way to go! My 1-year reward is going to be a bike, too, get me off this little thing I've got now (nimble, but a little, umm, underpowered).
If you pass another biker on the road not smoking, make sure you wave...it might be me...

That's great!
I also bought a 2007 Harley Davidson Dyna lowrider as a present for myself for kicking the habit and my wife bought a 2007 sportster 1200 we're both having a blast.
