CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I used Chantix and it really did help. You still have to be strong and want the quit but you will be fine. Stay strong and stay close :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 48 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 970 Amount Saved: $312 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 18 Mins: 1 Seconds: 2

I am officially a non smoker as of this morning and I feel great (so far) I am on Chantix and my withdrawals are pretty mild. I expected to be a raging lunatic but so far that hasn't happened. I feel prepared - lots of sugar free candy and pretzels to munch plus, I cut my coffee intake in half. I am positive that I can do this and thank you all for your words of encouragement! I have been logging on everyday and reading the many posts about your struggles and success and I'm certain you have all contributed to my decision to kick the nicodemon out of my life for good!
