I got one for yas I was driving down the road and saw some people walking and they were somking. For the first time in my life I said "What is the point of walking if you are smoking a cigerette? I doen't do you any good." I still can't believe I said it because I always did it! YES!

Hi Everyone, Great accomplishments everyone. Here is mine. I went home for Mother's day and did not smoke. First time I have seen my mother and sister since the quit. You see they were the one's who suggested we quit. The big accomplishment, I am the only one who is now and forever a non-smoker. Ta doom. And it did not both me to be around them smoking. (other than the dreadful second hand smoke :)) I am a firm believer in NOPE. Ok, so mine is boring, I went to a Wedding and reception and did not smoke. Everything I do right now is new without the cigs, getting up in the morning, going to work, walking the dog, going shopping. All of which i used to do with cigs, I now do without them. I'm here ! I'm fighting a lot of demons.. including of course the nicodemon, but I am crushing each crave with the strength of superwoman and mashing him right into the ground and kicking him to the curb ! The other demon's in my life are stress related but I'm focusing and redirecting my anxieties with lots of exercise and many other distractions. I accidentally parked without pre-paying and got a �30 ticket. Then had to beg and plead with the manager of the supermarket to be let off. Today I started rehearsals of a play that I am directing and didn't smoke. Even when 7 out of 8 in my cast went out for one during the break. I got really bad food poisoning over the weekend and have been sick. I even had to go on stage Sunday! I would come offstage after a scene and just buckle over in pain. It was awful! But the audience didn't have a clue. And I didn't smoke!!! Right now, I'm eating pistachio nuts, and I'm not smoking!
