Do what you like with your meter, it's your quit but for me, if I had just one puff today, my 1,089 days would be gone, over, history, wasted. But that's just me! Each to their own with full commitment.
Just don't smoke, it's the easiest way!
Oh, and by the way, I won't be smoking today or any other day so you can just watch that 1,089 get bigger and bigger!! :)
I note that my 1,089 has already got bigger - I love it!!!
