I get that feeling too Penitent. Anyway, I hope not to have to have the personal dilemma about the meter - even though I only have a paltry sum at risk - compared tyou old timers. I think I'm suffering from dj vu but here goes anyway!! Do what you like with your meter, it's your quit but for me, if I had just one puff today, my 1,089 days would be gone, over, history, wasted. But that's just me! Each to their own with full commitment. Just don't smoke, it's the easiest way! Oh, and by the way, I won't be smoking today or any other day so you can just watch that 1,089 get bigger and bigger!! :) I note that my 1,089 has already got bigger - I love it!!! Hi mate, I agree too. Smoking is smoking not matter it is one puff or 6 packs, it still is smoking. Not resetting the meter is fooling yourself. Bye mate :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 408 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 12,246 Amount Saved: 1203.6 Life Gained: Days: 56 Hrs: 19 Mins: 7 Seconds: 52

Good idea Phil! I have a private deal with myself that should I ever decide to go back (which I won't), I'll have to write a cheque to the value of 'Money Saved' to charity. There is NO WAY I can do this as I have spent all my 'Money Saved' Mr Ed :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 455 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 13,654 Amount Saved: 3412.5 Life Gained: Days: 74 Hrs: 4 Mins: 7 Seconds: 59

Hey We have had too many slipped around here lately and following these the individuals almost always go though a debate on whether or not they should reset their quit meters! I have decided that if ever I decide to smoke(which I won't) I will reset my meter before I take a single puff!!! I am pretty confident that watching myself delete 280 days would stop me smoking!! Agree?? Me xx My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 279 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,140 Amount Saved: 1464.75 Life Gained: Days: 55 Hrs: 19 Mins: 47 Seconds: 34
