Thank you Jan, for coming back, as yourself, hard as it was. If it makes you feel better, I have learned from what you teach. I just got through another "first"...a wedding. I sure got drunk but didn't smoke. But was feeling a little too confident and needed to read your post. Thank you and I look forward to your speedy return. (they taste awful don't they?)
Love,
Audrey

I feel your sorrow and wish I could give you a hug so I'm sending a hug your way. Don't give up on yourself or your quit!! You have helped me and I am here for you anytime you ask. When things get to the point that you might smoke again post your feelings. Who cares if you ramble about what it is that makes you want to smoke, that is what this site is here for. To give you an outlet to vent and ask for help and let you know you are not alone. I give you alot of credit for your courage and your obvious desire to beat this damn addiction. I'm soooooooooooo glad you haven't given up and realize I care and so do so many others. I'm not trying to make you feel bad only letting you know that I want to see you beat this addiction and please don't entertain the thought of giving up on your quit. You can do this!!!!

Welcome back Jan! We're here for you to help get you back on your feet and to try again. Don't regard this as a failure. You didn't fail - you've learned a lesson.
Jan, I want you to make me a promise... no, I want you to make YOU a promise. Right now, say "before I smoke, I will come to this site, post, and wait for 15 responses." Say it - out loud! And mean it! We're here to help you, but we can only help if you post! Welcome back.
Crave the Quit!
Pam

I did. I'm almost in tears as I write this. I have been smoking for nearly a week. I don't know what to say except things got a little rough and after 100 plus days, I smoked.
I'm not very happy with myself at the moment, and I've been avoiding posting. Well, I'm here to face what I've done, and I'm here to set my meter back to zero and start all over again.
I need to pick my quit date which shall be no later than Saturday. Oh wow, this is so hard. How could this have happened? Just goes to show how shady Nick can really be.
Just wanted to let you know why I've been missing for a bit.
Jan :(
