Altoids work great as an alternative to cigarettes. Icebreakers Sours are sugar free, though and are also a great alternative. I don't mean to sound like a rep for these brands but it's what I use to stay smoke free. Both of these are cheaper than a pack of cigarettes and make your breath smell way better. They don't make you cough or hack up strange things either. Good luck on and congratulations on quitting. Hi all! Just needed to come here as today is day one for me. Since this is my 6th attempt to quit, I hope this is the final attempt as well. I have smoked for 57 years and had enough. I've had severall mini strokes and have COPD. So, here I am again in one of these rooms. This time IT WILL WORK!
