Imallclear Love your name and thanks for your support. Yes, I am tring to stick it out today and it hasn't been too hard except for a few cravings that were hard and long lasting. Deep breathing does seem to help a lot. And, I have kept so busy that I am worn out!!

Changing thanks for your support. What is my plan to stay smoke free? Don't know. Just one day at a time I guess. I am also taking Chantrex and it seems to be working pretty good except for a few strong long lingering craves today.

It will work if you make it work. You absolutely can do this - it won't be easy and you'll have to call upon all of your strength. And when you think you have no strength left to fight, go on sheer will power. Every minute that passes without a cigarette in your mouth is a point in your favor - it builds your body, your soul, your mind and your strength. Sometimes the only important thing is to do whatever you have to do to get through that crave. Push. Push. Push. and when you are weak - ride it out. ride it out. ride it out. There will come a time when you look back and it will slowly dawn on you that you have been successful. Strength does not always appear strong. Sometimes the thing that matters is - who is standing in the end. This is life or death - get serious. We're right here. Hi Sally, You are using Chantix right? This should be your final quit then. Please stay close to us as you recognize our addiction for what it is...just a habit...that can be replaced with Worthy and more pleasurable activities. Read a lot and learn. The Chantix will help you kick this thing if you truly want to be smoke free. :)auntdeb My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 86 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,325 Amount Saved: $408.5 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 21 Mins: 37 Seconds: 49
