Hi Angela. Another Chantix user here. It will make your initial quit and withdrawal much easier. You still need to work out the psychological stuff - recognizing triggers, how to deal with cravings, etc.. That's where this site comes in - do the workbook stuff this week, read lots of posts (you can even do a search on Chantix to pull up discussions and learn more), and when you need to post for help and support!
