Thanks all, Danielle the reward at this point is in the quit itself I think. How much easier it is to take the dog for a walk without the heavy breathing and how much further we can walk. No more constant irritating cough, no more stinky house, car, clothes, hair. My niece isn't telling me how bad smoking is for me anymore (talk about a guilt trip coming from a 6 year old!). Also the fact that I can just say I've been quit for 8 months. What a feeling!
