75 days for me today! Never saw that coming! In 25 days days I will hit the big 100. I remember in the beginning being so amazed at stats over 100 days. I just wish I knew where all of my money saved is....and where did it come from in the past? I was also thinking, we have alot of people still around that stopped smoking in January! That is awesome! I have gone 8 weeks without a cigarette and I'm so psyched! Today is the last day for using the patches but I really think I'm going to be alright, I have had a couple of times that I wanted a cigarette but I stayed strong and the urge passed, now I rarely think about it. My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 56 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,249 Amount Saved: $196 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 0 Mins: 20 Seconds: 59

Well done, Anna. I'm starting to think how can I do everything that may be a trigger all in one week, sorta like a supermarket sweep, just to go through it once and be done with it! It really makes you feel strong when you realise 'hey I would've smoked there but didn't even think about it at the time' Bring it on, I can't wait to smell spring for the first time in 20 years ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 80 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,854 Amount Saved: 440 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 18 Mins: 47 Seconds: 31

Hey everyone! I am so proud of myself. Yesterday was beautiful and I was outside all day. I was afraid I would want to smoke since that was the norm in previous years...pull some weeds, smoke, pull some more weeds, smoke....but it didn't even occur to me! Maybe it is because I can breath and have energy so I don't need that break! One more trigger that I have successfully sailed past!
