Ever Wonder Why?

17 years ago 0 848 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Also makes you wonder how many other ingredients have addictive properties? We know nicotine is the main one, but some of the others may contribute, too. I know from other research that some innocuous ingredients (like sugars) are put in because they enhance the effects of the nicotine when burned! Here's another thought - wonder how much damage these burning chemicals and the smoke contribute to the atmosphere? Cigarettes Not Smoked

Thanks Mercy, just another reminder of how we should look after our bodies, we only have one to go through life with. When we smoked we were blinded by the facts, we closed our minds to it, Now we have opened our minds and realize the futility of slowly killing ourselves. all the best jeanigirl My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 70 Amount Saved: $23.75 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 14 Mins: 6 Seconds: 48

I have to be honest...After I post I go back and read over what I wrote....and I am sitting here crying... I can not believe that I let someone else decide what goes into my precious body....Everytime I would enhale....I didn't know what I was putting my body through....I was slowing killing myself...How can we do this...and it is leagal.....I am very much going to remember this......All of this...I will not every be supporting the tobacco company ever again...MY MONEY! Here's another one.....OH my.........UNBELIEVABLE... nonanoic acid etymology [nonane, a paraffin (non(a)- + -ane, so called because it is ninth in the methane series) + -oic.] Nonanoic acid is also used in the preparation of plasticizers and lacquers. The derivative 4-nonanoylmorpholine is an ingredient in some pepper sprays My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/24/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 175 Amount Saved: $36 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 16 Mins: 57 Seconds: 54
