Won't happen - worse than all the things on that list ???? I would have to answer to MYSELF. Stay strong everyone. Build on your commitment to not smoke on a DAILY basis. NEVER let your guard down. Fear of Death Yep, that's the one for me. All of that coughing, wheezing, cancer, etc. can lead up to death.....real quick. But for me too, being Diabetic, smoking would really increase my odd of dying by agozillion. Man, this is morbid. :8o: Happy Thoughts, Happy Thoughts, Tutti My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/18/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 56 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,559 Amount Saved: $201.04 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 0 Mins: 35 Seconds: 45

Wow Mercy, you're right, this IS hard. I would also say all of the above, but to pick one...well, it would have to be having to worry about getting cancer which in turn equates to fear of death. I'm sounding awfully morbid, aren't I? I'm soooo glad I'm smoke free. Wow Mercy - I pick all of the above....but, most of all, I would regret that cigarettes once again had control over my life. Hi everyone, Pick the (ONE) thing on this list that would upset you the most if you smoked again. Remember..just one. It's hard isn't it. I made the list but am still thinking about the one thing that would upset me the most. 1) money spent on cigarettes 2) the smell on your hands 3) the taste in your mouth 4) having to deal with craves at non smoking places 5) hearing people nag you about smoking and needing to quit 6) having to worry about cancer 7) feeling short of breath when doing sports or activities 8) paying more for insurances 9) yellowing of teeth 10) telling doctor you haven't quit yet 11) children knowing you smoke 12) your hair smells 13) cigarette litter in your car 14) being dissapointed before God 15) worry about fires 16) oposite sex looking for non-smokers 17) tired of couphing 18) fear of "pain" from disease 19) fear of death 20) disliking low self-esteem and low self-worth 21) having to go through the agony of quiting again Mercy :quest: My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 84 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,698 Amount Saved: $375.48 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 0 Mins: 12 Seconds: 7
