Callie, Way to go, what a milestone you have reached. You are right, one day at a time and soon you will conquer all. Keep up the good work and thanks for posting your story with us today. Josie

Hi, gang, this is Callie again. I haven't posted for a long time, but I constantly r4ad all your advice, fear, anxiety, and I know where you arecoming from. But, I guess I have a little success story. I used to go to church every morning before this "thing" got a hold on me. I stopped completely because I was afraid. Little by little, I started back 1 day a week, 2dsys a week and so forth. It has taken a long time, but, thank God, today I have a good streak going. I think it has been 3 weeks that I have attended mass every morning. Maybe not tomorrow, but we will see. One day at a time. That is the only way to deal with this panic and anxiety. Callie

Panic Center, please help. I am trying to log in for my weekly session and I keep using the "Username" Callie. The message will not let me in because it says the user name cannot be found. Callie

Way to go Callie!!!!!!!!! Your story reminded me right away of a Bible verse that says...Be not overcome of evil but overcome evil with good...thats what you did. you overcame the bad with the good. I know from experience that the grocery store is often a trigger spot for me.So keep going!!

Callie, good on you for making that HUGE achievement - I have a tendency to freak out in supermarkets, it is certainly one of my challenges so I can relate to how you must have felt waiting at the check out. I'm really really pleased that you made it, well done and keep up with challenging the panic monster! :)

Thank you all for being there for me. I just had to share this with someone who understands. To so many, this would not seem such a big deal, but to me it was HUGH.
