Well it was a long time coming but this is day 100.
I just wanted to send a note to thank all the folks on here who have sent me encouragement. I have had some pretty low moments in the past 100 days and I am certain that I would not have made it here without your help.
Now I feel great. I'm averaging 3-4 miles a day walking with the dog, spring has come and the yard work has begun, and I haven't had any craving to note in the past two weeks.
Thanks again. I hope this inspires someone else out there. My motto: "I'm more stubborn than the craving".
