Hi Tony, what do you mean "I would if I had to?" What could possibly force you to give up an addiction that you've fought so hard to overcome? Yes, sometimes we have rough spots. But non-smokers do, too. Isn't it interesting that people who don't smoke don't automatically think "I need a smoke" when something happens in their lives? That can be you, too. Acknowledge that thought and then let it go. It isn't worth hanging onto anymore. Besides, even though you may want one, are you willing to accept all the others that will surely come with that one? Because there's no such thing as "just one."
Good for you for making it through!
Rusty :)
