If I may offer a few suggestions for the first few days. It's good that you will be going through this over the weekend. If you haven't already, work through the program on the left.
Make sure you are taking very good care of yourself. Rest as much as possible and pamper yourself. Drink lots of water and have some gum and hard candies to suck on. I have been using sunflower seeds lately. Sucking on a straw is also sometimes helpful. Taking a shower or a bath is also very soothing.
Read as much as possible and post if you have questions or just need to talk. Being at this website really helped me make it through those very hard first few days. YOU CAN do this!
