Yahooo it's Friday!!!! It has been one busy Mamma Jamma at work but alas I finished my project a day and a half ahead of schedule. You know why? I didn't stop every hour to go outside to smoke!
My dear-dear Captn' and M'lady are so right. WE DON'T SMOKE anymore! And...the best part is we do it with a smile on our faces! It makes it so much easier that way!
The biggest lesson I learned along my journey is to stop "thinking" all the time about smoking. The more I would obsess the worse it "hurt".
Surround yourself with positive thoughts whether they be your own or you go on line and look up "positive thinking"!!!!
We will be here for a long time to help anyone that wants to ride the waves with us....woo hoo its Friday....did I mention that?
