Thanks to everyone for the congrats, we are all winners for quitting and I am so proud of us.
We got back last night from our trip, we had an awesome time!! After the race we stayed down in Tn. and visited the wonderful state, what a beautiful place. We hiked in the smokey mountains and I could breathe that wonderful fresh air and not get too winded. The race was awesome and I wish y'all could have been there too.
