Hi Tutti, I didn't mean to drop out. Just got busy, and a lot of my energy was locked up getting the diet thing in gear.
Basically, it's a very restricted diet: nothing but fresh fruits, fresh veggies, rice, baked/broiled red meat, white meat, or fish. No condiments, sauces, spices, milk, cheese, yogurt, bread, pasta, fun.
On top of that there's a shake and about a zillion vitamin pills to take with every meal.
Then there's the part you'll really like. You're supposed to drink tons of water.
Anyone who is practiced at saying no to nic can handle this. I'll keep you guys up to date on my response.
