You're doing great! I know what you mean about "forgetting" you don't smoke and doing the reach. I still do the phantom reach sometimes!
You made it through Day #1 - YIPPY! And, you'll make it through Day #2. Yes you'll have some cravings (you had them even when you smoked!), yes you'll reach for non-existent cigarettes sometimes, yes you might feel more tired and/or spacey than usual, etc. but none of these things will kill you....smoking will!
So keep up the good work and keep posting!
