smokey,
I am sorry that I am late. I am glad that you got rid of the pack you had left. I am glad that you are going to stay not smoking rather than go back to stinky, smelly, butts, You did not fail you just hit a bump. Just a little set back. Did you learn from that? Smoking won't fix anything. If you were a stressed non smoker you will just be a stressed smoker.
Hope you are feeling better ((((Hugs)))))) jnine :)

One more thing...I sense that you are feeling that you are depriving yourself of something...Try to alter that perception to one of liberation...It is the difference between resisting evil and creating a higher good...To be deprived is to resist evil...to create a higer good is to realize that you are freedom bound and on the road to a beautiful and liberating life without the nicotine chains...Smoking is akin to living in a nicotine dream...nothing about it is as it seems and you will not truly know that until you walk a little higher up the hillside and look back at the fog in the valley below...
Be well and mindful that you are changing day by day, direct that change with your inner being and the outer manifestation will take care of itself...

I know you are sad about this and so am I...But try to remember that there will always be stress...Remember that we are addicts and as addicts we have a junkie inside of us that will urge us on to higher and higher levels of stress while all the time making us believe that the smoke is relieving stress...IT IS A LIE...You don't know this yet, because the junkie is speaking to you at a very high decibel level...
Come on back to where you belong, walking down that road to quitten town...You can do this, but you must, must, must remember at all times that we are stone cold junkies operating under an altered state of reason...It is only when you truly get that that you will do this...And I tell you now YOU CAN DO THIS...
SHUT THE JUNKIE DOWN NOW...
