Yes, I cried too and I still do at times. But, I AM menopausal now at 46 years old!!! Pfft!!! It's hard to tell what is what. I cried more easily at the beginning of my quit. It helped to relieve anxiety. I'd exercise. This would help work anxiety out as well. All the change causes anxiety ... even if we are happy about it. Kinda like 'good stress'. Yoga and pilates helped too.

I am not a crier and past the menopause thing but I find myself crying alot these days. I find myself crying more when I am angry than at other times.
