Phfft!! I'm not looking in the mirror for a while. I think I'll just wait until I lose these 10 lbs. I'm starving to death right now. I ate very little yesterday and very little today. I stood on the scales and I've lost HALF OF A POUND!!! That's it!!! Ok, so I went to the Dr. to find out about the big lumps growing out of the back of my thighs....it's only my a**, nothing to worry about! Sweetheart is getting me a bike...do they come in my size with training wheels? It's not the non-smoking, it's the chocolate (and anything else that doesn't bite me first). Good Morning Everybody!! I'm at work, enjoying my coffee, and watching the sky this morning. It looks like more rain....or storm I should say, is moving my way. It's dark and windy outside right now. I have my running shoes on, just in case, and I'm still smoke free. Yee Haw. Quilt, I started watching what I'm eating yesterday. I watched it all the way to mouth!! ;p I'd lose these 10 extra lbs. if someone would just break my elbows. LOL No, after seeing that my @ss looks like the back end of Roy Roger's horse, I started really eating healthy yesterday. I just need to get on an exercise program and one that's fun. I can't stand just sitting in the floor while I exercise. That's soooo boring. I want to start taking brisk walks. We could work on this together with all of us doing our preferred form of exercise. What do you guys think? I am so with you guys. This weight thing has gotten me really down sometimes. I just really hate to admit it...then there is a problem right. :) But I have been skinny up until recently and I don't know how to diet or how to make myself exercise each day. There are just too many other things that need to be done, you know. But I really need to do something, I feel so horrible about myself that it's starting to affect me in too many ways. And smoking is really the least of them. Tutti, OMG, you are too funny! If you keep us laughing this much, we should start losing some weight soon, right? My clothes were getting snugger nd snugger, and for a while it felt like there was a weight on my chest when I was trying to get to sleep (no - wasn't one of the cats). Now I can breathe more easily at night, but my clothes don't seem to be any looser. Maybe I'm just getting used to the weight... Once the warm and hot weather hits, we'll be drinking too much water to eat junk, and workin' enough to lose some weight and build some muscle.
