Anxiety attacks affect people in differant ways. Anxiety attacks effect individuals in differant ways. The feeling of worms in your head is how anxiety effects you. Your not crazy banish that thought as A friend said to me. When that feeling comes think about something that makes you feel good.

Its the symptoms they freak me out more then anything. I can handle a panci attack but not the feelins I get in my body. I have this feeling in my head it feels like worms moving round in there. its not pain its just weird? Do you get that? I get so scared I go to the doc at least once a fornight. I have had MIR's and test after teat. Still thats what i think make me have anxiety,

I sometimes make my wife angry with my anxiety but she has learned to accept. I hope your husband understands that your anxiety is going to go up and down sometimes worse and sometimes better but it will never completely leave you. You just have to control it and not let it control you. Do you have any idea what is causing the anxiety?

Yes I agree. I really like talking about it. I don't feel alone and I don't feel like I ma going insane. I sometimes time that I am a nut case, then I talk witha friend or my husband and I feel better. For awhile anyways. Thats why I like this site. But its hard coz I log on when I am at work and the time differance means there are not many people on here when I am.

A doctor once told me their are 3 ways to deal with anxiety . First you can let it build up in your head until it drives you crazy, second you can express to someone who understands releiving some of the pressureand getting differant opions or writing which helps unravel your thought process .The thing about anxiety attacks is they build up inside and that is what causes the attack.By talking about it you reduce the pressure and give the thought light of day .Does that make sence?
