Oh yea, I had those cravings when I was right there with you and Jean. Those cravings were relentless. They came so fast, with so little time in between, that you can't pull yourself together or catch your breath. You're right, it does feel like insanity. But you did a fantastic job of dealing with them. I'm so proud of you and really admire you for being able to identify what triggered them. That's so important.
Remember, you battled hard yesterday so you have to get plenty of rest. When you have days like that, you're absolutely exhausted so rest/sleep is vital. You do need something just for you today. You know, a Milky Way bar, a good movie, and pile up on the couch. That kind of thing. ;)
Just know too that those cravings that leave you panting are behind you now. At least they were for me. I haven't seen those since I was in my second to third week. Oh you have some good days and bad but man, not like that!!
