Tutti- Some times I feel like a Februarian, and other times I feel like a Febularian...not sure which one is the "real me". ;p Yesterday was kind of tough...went through some rough patches - I really really hate cravings. Seriously, I really hate them! Ugh! On a more positive note, the odd thing is that when I'm experiencing a craving, I know that I won't smoke - it's not an option. For me, a craving feels like = a desperate intense sensation that I HAVE to smoke immediately...panic...quick...this has to be done NOW! So, it's wierd to feel that way and at the exact same moment know that I won't. Bottom Line - We're Februarians/Febularians and we're non-smokers! My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/24/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 44 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,559 Amount Saved: $286 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 18 Mins: 0 Seconds: 11

Good Morning. I'm still here as well. This was a weird Easter here in Texas. It's always pretty warm by Easter but this year, we were hit with cold weather and sleet. It was colder on Easter than it was on Christmas!! :confuse: Everyone usually comes to my house for Easter dinner but this year, we all just stayed indoors at our own homes. Sissies, huh? Anyway, I had some pretty strong cravings due to being flat out bored. Quilt, I handle those passing thoughts much better than those hard cravings. The intense cravings hit me Friday night and lasted all weekend. I don't mind telling you, they gave me a mad on. Today, I'm doing pretty good. I reckon we'll just keep having those good and bad days and we'll just have to remain patient. It does help to come here and read posts. I am confused about something though.....are we the Februarians or the Febularians? ;p Look at all of the February Quitter threads, we're calling ourselves both. LOL Stay Strong, Tutti My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/18/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 50 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,273 Amount Saved: $179.5 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 8 Mins: 21 Seconds: 58

Good morning, Changing ~ Had a great weekend, too much good food, but otherwise great :) Passing thoughts of a cigarette here or there. I never want to take those for granted. The passing thoughts may be more dangerous to my quit than an actual "crave." I need to check in regularly to see "old timer" stats (they're still quit, but still checking in) and newcomers hell and heck weeks (don't want to go through that again), and those of us still on life's journey. Hi guys! Rode the bike to work this morning, helmet but no face shield because I busted it the other day. It was, err, brisk. Had a horrible, nasty crave last night. I had to remember that last cigarette I ever had, the one that made me feel really nauseous, until the rest of my brain woke up to the fact that maybe having a smoke was a bad idea.
