That's odd. I, too, not really hear songs, but sing them in my head. Often they even can get stuck. Funny though, because I know that others have this, I've never felt it particularly odd, in any carzy sort of way. I think when one has a busy mind (as I do) all kinds of things pop in it, even songs. What a wonderful way to distract the negative thoughts from entering, you know?
I don't experience so much morning panic but I am extremely aware that the minute I get up, I'm the type of person to hit the ground running, even BEFORE coffee. This morning I woke up an hour before I was supposed to get up, so I just lay there and tried to clear my mind, and gradually, through self-talk drifted in and out of sleep. I also made a concerted effort that when I got up, I was going to slow myself down...and I DID!!! I don't know why I feel as though I need to rush through everything. I always have plenty of time to get ready for work. I'm almost thinking now, that when I wake early, I may just get up and turn on the TV or something like that to ease myself into my morning routine, instead of going 100 miles per hour...anyone else experience this..?
It's not really panic, but a huge burst of energy....
